The Independent Authority against Corruption implemented the legislation governing lobbying control as of March 1, 2024. Both lobbyists promoting business interests and officials/public servants who will meet them, will be monitored by the Independent Authority against Corruption.
A total of 21 natural and legal persons have been registered to date in the registry of the Authority to be able to practice the profession of lobbyist. Their names are posted on the website of the Authority, as well as the sectors of their activity, and the interests they promote. The first registration in the registry was made on February 2, 2024 and the most recent on March 4, 2024.
